• In-stock items: Items in stock are available immediately and will be shipped promptly after the order is placed.
• Made-to-order products: Garden furniture items that are not in stock are manufactured individually after your order. The production time is based on the delivery or production time specified in the shop.
• Shipping, delivery & assembly: Depending on the product, shipping is carried out either by post or, for larger items, by truck. All products are securely packaged and delivered either pre-assembled or with clear assembly instructions.
• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are based on current transport and logistics costs and are displayed transparently during the ordering process.
